Trump has tried to remove everyone from our Government that who could who know more then his self,which is almost everyone.
Now he is trying to dump his responsibilities, his duty, on anyone who is willing to step up.

The call was so bad that Pence had to call back the governor of NM to let her know the feds have a role. Trump is massively incompetent and this is a time when the country needs a smart capable leader.

They may have closed Disneyland and Disney World to the public, but Fantasy Land is still open at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in DC.
We are screwed. COVID-19 is still escalating exponentially. Trump should have directed building MASH-based hospitals in early February, since DHS/HHS failed to stop the virus spreading off-shore before it arrived here, but he chose to live in Fantasy Land. (Remember the Ebola pandemic that swept through the US during the Obama administration? You don’t? That’s because Obama’s policies stopped it offshore. Trump effectively shutdown the public health section of DHS/HHS and laid off many public health experts. We used to have 47 public health “outposts” around the world, but Trump knocked that down to 10.)
Who would staff the MASH-based hospitals? The armed forces. I’m serious. Even so, we still don’t have enough supplies (e.g. N95 masks) to support our healthcare workers. We don’t have enough intubation kits for those who will suffer acute respiratory distress. We don’t have enough oxygen masks. I’ve been told that we’ve just started ramping up manufacturing for N95 masks in the US now, but we are way, way behind. We have 35 Million masks and 18 Million healthcare workers. The unspoken truth is that we assumed that either the pandemic would not occur, or would be slow onset, or we could “flatten” the onset through social separation.
Trump owns this pandemic, and he owns the economic downturn, too. I think we’ve all experienced enough “WINNING!” now.

All of this was easily predictable. For what it’s worth, I put in my first COVID supply order on Feb 4th. I just checked. In my mind, even THAT was late for starting to accumulate supplies for my family. Surely those dumb asses should have been able to figure it out well before I did.

He came for Brown but he couldn’t catch him. He’s also recently come after Inslee of WA and made a fool of himself (but that’s redundant) for calling him a snake. No one left on the left coast but Kate Brown, and he’ll go after her for being a woman in a man’s job.
Newsom has lots of fans for lots of reasons, so trumpgripes go with the territory.
