If someone robs a bank, and another person knowingly drives them away in the get-away car, they are both criminals, no? Donald Trump is a convicted criminal of 34 felonies. The conservative members of SCOTUS just drove the legal get-away car.

The only thing that makes this any different is the abuse of raw judicial power by conservative members of SCOTUS at a cost that we have not yet seen.
