I haven’t given it much thought but I thonk there is value to Ukraine to say “we can and will hit wherever we want”.

And then there was this - he fought to keep the plan to roll out replacing portions of the fleet with EVs. Not only did he fight the GQP but also the UAW.
The GQP rep in whose district a plant to build many those EVs was located demanded that he stop the plan - but go ahead and keep the contract with that plant. Called it a “Green New Deal scam”.

DeJoy boasted about getting the mail trucks out on time - he took a poster showing his “improved” metric to Congress. He neglected to mention that this often meant sending them before all the mail could be loaded.
He also insisted that more mail be moved by trucks than by air…shocking, coming from a trucking company executive /s
