An investigation into sexual harassment allegations against New York Gov. The guy stole Trump’s playbook, or what? All it’s missing is Michael Cohen’s involvement.

When you’re already in trouble the best thing to do is try and not make things worse.

Unless you know that the worst is yet to come if you don’t squelch things…

OT, but not unexpected…

The way I look at it, the more investigation and interviews, the better. I did watch Bennett’s interview with Norah on CBS. She is a sexual assault survivor,(rape) she may interpret certain words and circumstances differently than others. Not making excuses for Cuomo, just saying I think the more investigation that is done by professionals, the better. Not a fan of Zoom interviews for this sort of investigation.

Does that poll ask how many are in favor of staying/resigning?

He could crack down on pushing people off a cliff and Fox would bemoan the violation of personal freedom.

IOW, he’s not going to resign or be impeached. So far, he has majority support to stay in office. Anyone else read it differently?

That would be my take on it as well, at least with the information we have now…

This late, doubt anything else will surface as far as new accusations go. It’s been a while since the last accusation. But one never can be sure. Polling sure seems to go against having him leave before his term is up. On side note, I’ve never liked the guy and have expressed that opinion a few times here in the past couple years.

Firing people for using pot is such patent bullshit. That’s the problem with electing a Reefer Madness-era president.

Perhaps old Joe might read Jack Herer’s excellent The Emperor Wears No Clothes for a little insight into the demonization of cannabis. He might also enjoy reacquainting himself with old-school racist Harry Anslinger.

While he’s at it he might quiz Tony Fauci or the American Medical Association about the number of deaths attributable to marijuana overdoses in the US during the last 243 years. (Spoiler alert: The number is ZERO.)

He might also ask Merrick Garland why, despite being legalized for recreational use in 14 states, the District of Columbia, the Northern Mariana Islands and Guam, and either decriminalized or legalized for medical use in 35 others, the DEA still classifies marijuana as a Schedule 1 drug, the same as heroin.*

Just a suggestion, mind you.

*Here’s a helpful map showing all the states where cannabis in all its forms is still illegal under Federal Law.

I agree – but I think we are all, finally, moving in the right direction albeit slowly. RE: Biden’s crew, it’s a quandary, when you don’t agree with the law but have to uphold it. Let’s get the laws changed a.s.a.p. Should have been done just ages ago…
