I’d say that was when the real drift began. When we lose the House and Senate in 2022 is when I’d say it’s finally gone out of reach. The GQP doesn’t intend to ever not be in control ever again…and there is simply nothing they won’t do with control over the House and Senate (and then WH in 2025) to make sure that happens.
And yeah, anyone who thinks the GQP isn’t going to cheat their way into controlling both chambers in 2022 needs their head examined. They’re already moving to control Fulton County’s elections, and I foresee similar bullshit in AZ when they fake that they uncovered massive fraud in Maricopa County.
