So, it’s the geas that binds the demon to the revenant?

Exactly. Republicans want to pretend the Colorado Supreme Court made a political decision (probably because that’s what they would do), when, in fact, they weighed the evidence and came to a considered decision. The evidence was so overwhelming that Trump insurrected, I believe they said that it wasn’t a particularly difficult decision. Republicans, in bad faith of course, refuse to grapple with that. They’re doing exactly what the Confederacy tried to do in the late 1860s - send an unrepentant insurrectionist back to Washington.

The courts should so order.

Bronze is really a poor choice for either one. Maybe propellers for Liberian flagged merchant ships?

Rudy would then sue for damages to a famous body.

Perhaps the biggest global economic news this year has been the unraveling of global production chains, part of a process called “fragmentation”. Trump aggressively sought decoupling with the Chinese economy after the two countries had spent four decades developing production and supply chains. We are now starting to see the effects.

And get awarded the cart? I’m not sure even Republican juries are that heartless.

To the contrary! It perfectly captures the character of Nathan Bedford “KKK” Forrest! We’ll miss it when it’s gone.

The obsequious sycophant incomprehensively volunteering to project onto others some of trump’s most gross habits. He’s like a third grader calling out a “poopy pants poopy pants” taunt on the playground. Ted, just go away. you’ve never been funny or even liked, and this isn’t helping.

Yes ! This. Trump is following in the footsteps of Jefferson Davis.

9-0, non-justiciable political question conferred to Congress. Concurring in the lead opinion, but writing separately to air their additional grievances, will be KBJ (joined by Sotomayor) on the history of the 14th and the Reconstruction Era generally, plus Alito (joined by the non-recused Thomas) spewing whatever talking point he caught on Saturday Night’s Fox News Box o’ Wine Happy Hour.

She’s right! The electric vehicle needs a decent range especially when you reside in a state where abortion is illegal and you have to travel to another state or region. Thankfully we have the “socialist” subsidized Tesla supercharger network and others that lets you recharge and get you to your abortion appointment.

You mean ships from Sweden laden with flat pack “furniture-like” items with inscrutable hieroglyphic-like scrolls have to pass through the Red Sea before they get to Europe? These are dark and confounding times indeed.
