It was the title of a Jennifer Rubin op ed, but I have felt for years that there are no ‘moderate Republicans’. In that sense, scandal promoters like Rep. Comer are simply more honest than their more complacent brethen, who keep a lower profile but still enable all of the conspiracies.

Comer thinks he’s owed attention, a la Jordan, thus he’s ready, willing, and now able to go after Hunter Biden. Some part of me thinks this is tit for tat over Jared, but I can’t figure out how the child of US President that has not, is not serving in his father’s WH deserves this amount of vitriol.

This means that they can and will print anything they want, as long as there is a question mark following each and every accusation. Those questions are enough to nullify any presumption of innocence, those verifying the conspiracy theories are true. Mission accomplished.
