Just like Donald Trump’s instincts, J.D. Vance’s instincts are awkward and “off,” but more to the point, f_cked up. Remember during the 2015/2016 race for the presidency when folks said Donald Trump lacked the “required temperament to hold the office of President?” It was true then, and it is true now, not only for Trump, but for Vance too. And, I haven’t even begun to judge the qualifications of his cabinet and others in the administration.

Uh, the US has been bombing Iran this week, but maybe Vance considers bombs to be dropped and not shot, so therefore “no shooting” is correct.
These people really are awful, history will judge them as some of the worst Americans ever.

I had to turn this trash off. Not only does he want us to ‘believe’ after billions spent and soldiers killed that it’s not ‘really a war’. But then…he went on and on about people ‘taking’ from the country and how we need to just suck it up. Like YOU, JD??? The son of a drug addicted mother who took everything that was handed to him? Changed his religion to kow tow to Thiel and then tossed his wife’s relibion under the bus? Pretended that Melania was ‘dissed’ by a Muslim in Michigan and then preformatively threatened El-Sayid by declaring ‘give my wife out of your mouth!’ HONEST TO CHRIST.

On one level, the bizarre Orwellian spectacle of the Trump administration refusing to acknowledge a war that the world is watching play out doesn’t matter. Major media outlets, Wikipedia, and even MAGA members of Congress are all referring to the situation in Iran as a “war.”
It isn’t just an Orwellian spectacle. I read the other day that the administration is denying benefits to the families of service men killed in combat.
