I think it’s good that the topic is being broached. Now, let’s see some action. As noted, we need to get to November and seat a new Congress next January. Many things can happen in between now and then.

By now it’s way past painfully obvious that Schumer and Jeffries are men out of time. Both need to go if we’re to move past this painful status quo and both are too comfortable with our current circumstances. Neither has the fortitude or the will for the fights ahead.

Keep your eye on the prize. If I thought the Supreme Court would be a winning issue in November, I’d be all for it. Because I don’t believe that and losers get the honor of bitching rather than governing, I am going to direct my energy and money to the issues that will matter in November. After, when we win, I will get on this train.

Exactly! We need to get this in the public discourse NOW. Dems can tie the current, unprecedented corruption directly to SCOTUS. From finding new presidential rights that allow the Chief Executive unlimited and unmitigated criming, to using the shadow docket to circumvent standard jurisprudential review, this is now top of mind for many Americans (a poll by the ECU Education Fund found 93% of Americans finding this a serious issue).

That’s what I think these Dems are laying the ground for. They are not talking about making it a campaign issue this cycle.

All the Justices who gave “official presidential acts,” no matter how sordid, a green light, should be impeached, convicted & removed (IC&R).. All the Justices who have flipped on the novel “Major Questions” doctrine from lambasting Biden to fawning on the Felon President should be IC&R. All the Justices who spat on “Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation” to eviscerate the Vorting Rights Act: IC&R. These are political responses to a politicized GOP majority. Impeach! Convict! Remove!
Same for the Felon President and his Vice. For the latter, racism to win an election (they’re eating pets!) isn’t a crime, and IC%R isn’t a judicial proceding; but practionersof racist hate should be subject to a political indictment, trial, conviction & removal. Impeach! Convict! Remove!
