OT, but related - the Department of Defense has announced they have frozen travel for service members, their families and civilian employees until May 11th. (Emergency travel is probably exempt, but travel related to routine transfers, business trips, etc. has been halted)

Why is that website so hard to set up and what’s so special about it? Iirc China developed several apps/mini programs where people could search for their nearby hospitals (only a few hospitals in each city had the credentials to conduct the test) and keep track of the status of the virus (death toll, the public transportation the confirm cases had used, etc.) a few days after the outbreak of the disease. Are there more functions a website could have?

He’s never known anything about anything he talks about. He’s certainly not going to start now. The media should stop reporting on what he says because it’s only good for mocking, which isn’t worth the disinformation price given what’s going on.
And he’s never been able to help himself, no matter what he’s talking about, from making freakish, weird, non-sensical, and/or tone-deaf value comparisons. What’s happening now under his “leadership” is always stronger, better, faster, or more beautiful than it was in the past, even when those adjectives don’t make any sense for the topic at hand.
He truly does have a unique “thought” process - I’ve never even imagined someone that expresses himself as he does. Of course unique doesn’t at all equate to good in this case.

Doctor provides a much-welcomed positive outlook on coronavirus

None of this is meant to suggest that you shouldn’t wash your hands thoroughly or use hand sanitizer disinfecting wipes, or that you should ease up on your social distancing. All of that should still be taken seriously. But Dr. Cohen wanted to suggest that not everything about this virus is pointing towards the end of the world. We have, for example, the numbers in China.
