Lewandoswki has the in your face thing down and no one with half a brain would think anything other than this is why they’re going to get from him. It might be a good idea for the Democrats to stop these hearings if all they’re going to do is let themselves be crapped on and made fools of. If there’s no way to compel testimony or punish the refusal to give it then WTF over? Just stop. Impeachment is a loser. Trump will not be removed from office via impeachment so why partake in that certain failure?
If a GOP is questioned about ANYTHING they’re going to go to the memo. Call it fake or turn the subject to the Democrats. Look at the loathsome Condi Rice the other day when questioned about the blatant racism of the Trump camp. " I see a lot of this coming from the left" was what she said. That’s in the memo. Lewandowski will turn the hearing into a charade and come out stronger than he went in.
Folks it was all over when St. Mueller stuck it to America. He performed masterfully. All that sober, proper impartial bullshit he painted himself made his totally bullshit “report” credible. That report was designed by Mueller for one reason: to let Trump off the hook for obvious wrong doing and the creep Mueller did just that. It’s over. Just let Trump et al expose themselves and hope for the best next year. No hearing is going to amount to shit.
I have been lucky enough to obtain an advance copy of Lewandowski’s testimony:
“Donald Trump is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I’ve ever known in my life.”
He then goes on to plead the Fifth and refuses to answer any further questions.

I wish we had a live thread on the hearing. If you think the Republicans have sabotaged our standard processes before, you will be stunned, sickened, and despairing by what is happening right now. We have virtually nothing left of congressional oversight because the GOP has destroyed it all. It is a shitshow.

Funding may begin in the House, but any increase or cut must be passed by both houses of Congress and signed by the president.
All the House can do is fail to allocate funding in a budget bill, but it would not pass the GOP Senate.

Oh, the thugs are having a great ol’ time, accusing Obama and Comey of malfeasance and conspiracy with Russia (!) to undermine democracy in America, accusing committee Democrats of neglecting election security to focus on impeachment, poking fun at Pelosi’s inability to put a name to just what they’re doing, etc, etc, yada yada. They’re lovin’ it, using old communist quotes to insult the dems as “useful idiots” and Nadler has to override the point of order. I’ve seen The Blue Angel several times, but I never thought our own country’s demise would be so tragi-comic.

The irony of having Lewandowski stick to the Mueller report is that, Lewandowski, as is dogma for conservatives, has not and will not read the report.
There really are some people, who really are ‘true believers’. Hard as it may be to wrap our heads around, some people earnestly believe in their idols.
For example, people used to fawningly hang around with Ayn Rand, in hopes of … um, ‘getting lucky’. (cough AlanGreenspancough)
