Mrs Welker kept it moving and at times left Trump with a mouth full of words he couldn’t get out. PRICELESS.

Gwen Ifill was the last black female correspondent to moderate a Presidential debate. She moderated the 2004 and 2008 Presidential debate.

And given the fact the MUTE button was never used,and if it was it went unnoticed.
Problem was Wallace tried very hard to rein in Trump but was out matched by Trump’s sheer brazenness. No other moderator would have fared any better in that regard. As a result of his audacious behavior, the mute button was established.
I feel that this chastened Trump somewhat, it’s like he is down in a hole and he decided to stop digging, Nearly any other correspondent would have done just as good a job as Welker did. She did a fine job, and that in itself shouldn’t be remarkable.

I say if the results were attributed to the mute button, can we upgrade to a shock collar and have another one?
