Hallelujah!!!
It was so interesting watching the cable channels move through the votes ‘seesawing’ back and forth while they waited for Atlanta votes to come in.
After MSNBC and CNN called for Warnock on FOX ‘poor’ Bill Hemmer kept working the big board for at least three minutes until he interrupted Bitch Ingraham to say that the AP had called it for Warnock. At that same moment Bitch Ingraham was asking in a conspiratorial way why democratic precincts were slow to report. Hemmer blankly responded 'because they are bigger precincts. DUH. But then, it was over.
If there was any air left in the room at FOX it became a vacuum until bitch Ingraham decided to bitch slap the R’s for not putting resources in Georgia to support Walker. It was SO desperate.
Never about the better candidate but always about blame - just blame anyone.
Georgia says “See ya!” to the Texas fetus-slayer.
I loved the way Lindsey was able to summon tears for Herschel. It was the most memorable moment of the campaign for me. It felt like the nanny was really attached to the baby.
Maybe… But how would we be able to tell?
President Biden, I’m tired of all of the winning. Can we please stop winning so much?
Way too close. Warnock should have won by 20 points.
Just heard Walker concede, and I don’t think tfg can be too happy about Walker’s straightforward admission of defeat. Even worse was his telling the crowd to trust their elected leaders.
Walker is a disaster in lots of ways, but his concession speech redeemed him a tiny little bit in my eyes.
That’s good news, and yeah, a tiny bit of respect from me for that. Between this concession and Oz handling it the same way, Trump has to be pissed that they’re not following his playbook and contesting a close race. The staff at Mar a Lago are not going to have a good night tonight.
And well done by a not so insignificant number of Georgia Republicans, too!
The ketchup will be flying.
Because Georgians love references ro being “scorched over”.
There will be a senatorial vacancy in Indiana in 2024. Herschel has residency in Indiana, right?
