Wow! That’s quite some news. Especially out of Texas!
Texas produces more wind energy than the next three states combined.
“…need more Dem Senators.”
Absolutely, Sted.
That’s why big-head Beto should get off his bleeping butt, wake-up-and-smell-the-indifference, and use all his statewide popularity in trying to unseat Cornyn.
Thanks so much for the knowledge!
Would you happen to have a site/address for donating to the TX Dem’s efforts?
Wendy Davis has a chance to win that seat, but she’s far from an ideal candidate for it. She lost the governor’s race by 20 points, so there is a big “L” stamped on her forehead. Plus, she’s a carpetbagger in that district, as she’s from Fort Worth. I would bet you anything the party is looking to drum up another primary candidate.
Actually quite logical, when you think about it.
But the best part is hearing that for its own usage wind has exceeded coal.
Kinda like the article I read a while back that some little mining museum in coal country installed solar panels to keep costs down.
I don’t know if there is a group or fund working specifically to take reclaim the Texas House in 2020, but there’s always the state Democratic party. And here’s a good story on the state of the races here in North Texas.
“Whoever the socialist Democrats nominate will be forced to defend their party’s radical agenda of socialized medicine and killing oil and gas jobs with the Green New Deal in a solid Republican district.”
Gold star for him! So many of Fox’s super scary buzzwords in the same sentence!
TX-22 is a pretty well-gerrymandered district. It includes most of Fort Bend County (which leans blue) but also includes a big chunk of Brazzoria County which leans red. Nevertheless, the district has become more competitive in recent years as Fort Bend County has experienced robust population growth.
In other words, he is a Nouvelle Dixiecrat GOP Carpetbagger.
Muchas gracias!
