Well they are responding to a complaint. At least they didn’t ignore the complaint.
The NY state bar association may ignore bad behavior but they likely have about the same set of powers that the Texas state bar association has. They are supposed to enforce ethical standards for the state’s lawyers. That’s basically what I meant since I can’t speak for the attitudes of different state’s bar associations.
Well when one is constantly crimin’, and crimin’ in different ways, it seems that they have create a new crimin’ bustin’ team for each type of crimin’. It’s a crimin’ shame that he may not break any crimin’ records.
For sure. One might wonder if the game is to make it look more “official” when they come to the predetermined conclusion that he supposedly did nothing wrong.

When I was much younger I bought a huge bottle of nitrous from someone who had relieved it from it’s official home. I wasn’t depressed then but it made me feel fantastic for a long, long time.
We’d be listening to music while using it and in that dreamlike state I would think I’d written the best song in the world, when it was something I was hearing on the radio like Afternoon Delight.
Pretty interesting stuff. I always figured that “there has to be a downside to this”, but aside from oxygen deprivation I never found it. Luckily it was self regulating, the tank always ran out.
We attached a 20 foot piece of garden hose to the nozzle and passed it around the room with it cranked full blast and we’d suck on that hose until the valve froze up. It lasted for probably 4-6 months with daily use.
