A Trump rally is the very definition of “non-essential activity”

Oklahoma’s last 4 days’ moving average of new daily case counts per million population, smoothed by week:

26.0
30.4
36.6 (new high)
39.0 (new high)

They need this event like a long distance swimmer needs an anvil. And no, governor, the test counts have been very flat.

I hear his performance kills, though.

Further proof
No rational voices or advisors left in the White House
I shall enjoy the spin as they perform “Weekend with Bernie” on that decrepit old man
It’s where it should have been all the time
On the front pages
He will be under a microscope now and the self conciseness will cause further screw ups
"People are saying
We’ll see
Trust Me
You’ll find out "

The rally is not about Trump’s chances of winning in November. He has a deep-seated need to be jizzed upon by his admirers.

tRumps campaign put out a clarion call for minority ACTORS otherwise known as RENT A CROWD people to use as props behind tRump as he lumbers on the stage while he speaks. So everytime you see the minority people there remember they are being paid to cheer. I did a google map search of the location on the Craig List ad and sure enough this is the place.

I always take these with a grain of salt
It is easy for ANYONE to place an ad , real or not
No vetting on Craigslist

The rally can be held safely if the group size is kept to 5. Probably could go to 7, including speakers, with masking and distancing.

Every city Trump visits should post three figures outside the venue
-the metro unemployment rate
-the local covid-19 death count
-the current count of Trump’s lies

There is/was an ad (none of the folks eagerly spreading this could bother to include the URL). It is currenty “Held for review”.

Trump certainly has a long laundry list of affronts and grievances, conspiracy theories and insulting diatribes he wants to get off his chest. Being reduced to Twitter and pressers just doesn’t cut it when it comes to unleashing a foaming at the mouth stem-winder that Jack Dorsey or his WH handlers can’t cut off before things get downright insane. He’s the drunk that’s eaten one too many tacos, been stuck in a car for three hours, and begging for the driver to stop. That 7/11 restroom will never be the same once he’s let out of the back seat.

‘The Wrong Time’

As if there would be a right time for a Trump campaign rally

Of course it’s the wrong time. Is there a good time for a Rump Rally but look at all the free publicity.

Trump has already said he is not interested in social distancing at his rallies because it doesn’t look good on TV. He wants it SRO and doesn’t care how many people get sick and die because of it and these are his MAGA fans he is endangering. He counts on their stupidity and they never disappoint.
