Trumpworld Dirt-Digging Associates Were Russian Agents, Intel Community Says | Talking Points Memo

The leaked audio call between Donald Trump and the Georgia election investigator, in which he is being heard pressuring her to find proof of poll fraud, was allegedly recovered from the trash folder of her device, a recent report has found.

The six-minute recording of a phone call between the former president and investigator Frances Watson that took place on 23 December, was published by the Wall Street Journal last week. Earlier, the Washington Post also reported on the substance of the calls.

In the recording, Mr Trump can be heard telling the investigator to find proof of election fraud in Georgia before “the very important date," referring to the 20 January inauguration of president Joe Biden.

Now, CNN has cited a Georgia official as saying that the recording of the audio was located in the trash folder of Ms Watson’s device.

It was also reported that officials in Georgia earlier claimed the recording of the call didn’t exist. The leaked audio is more proof of the former president’s extraordinary attempts to convince officials to help him find evidence for his baseless claims of voter fraud.

During both campaigns for Senate, RonJon vowed he would only serve two terms. Wonder if he’s decided to try and get more money from his buddy Putin and thinks he can stick around for another 6 years.

Johnson had pledged in 2016 not to seek a third term in the Senate, but he’s since rescinded that and said in recent days that he may not make a decision for several more months.

At the same time he discussed that (on yet another conservative talk radio show) he also made clear he isn’t running for governor.

U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson said Tuesday he has ruled out a run for Wisconsin governor in 2022, but he remains undecided about whether to seek a third term in the Senate.
“I have no idea who started that rumor, but if I run for anything, it’s not going to be for governor,” Johnson, R-Oshkosh, said in response to a question from conservative talk radio host Vicki McKenna. “So anybody considering governor, you’re not going to have me entering any kind of primary for governor.”
Johnson himself floated the possibility of a run for governor back in 2019 when he was asked about it and responded “Never say never.”

The Russian created the QAnon conspiracies and continue to keep them going. The Far Right is too stupid and lazy to do it.

The current Mar-a-Lago greeter may have been a cultivated FSB asset, but he has gotten pretty scatter-brained of late. He seems to be doing more damage to the GOP, the party Putin backs, than good. It may not be Alzheimer’s like his father Fred, but it sure looks like some form of dementia.

Trump’s goldfish-like inability to commit to a specific course of action is a major disordering factor, namely in hurting his efforts to lead insurgent primary campaigns against his perceived enemies. Another ex–Trump administration official told Politico that Trump is like a “pinball” right now. “[Trump is] making endorsements of people without going through the process he agreed to three days ago. It’s really disorganized,” they said.

Were Ron Johnson’s first handlers KGB agents or had they already rebranded themselves FSB? Just asking questions.

All roads lead to Ron Johnson.

Guess who benefitted from the Russian-targeted misinformation campaigns in Wisconsin in 2016? Yup, Ron Johnson, who was surprisingly re-elected after being left for dead for much of that year.
