Trump's Retribution Requires a New Way of Covering Bogus Criminal Cases

Requiring loyalty oaths more likely. Gotta purge anyone who will not swear to follow any order from the madman(men) no matter how illegal and insane.

Of all the horrible things going on with this bunch of fools, destroying the integrity of our Armed Services has got to be the scariest. The entire world is threatened by them and their delusions of greatness.

Drone overflights again caused disruptions at Danish airports on Wednesday night, officials said, in the latest instance of unexplained drone sightings over sensitive facilities in the Scandinavian nation.

Danish officials held a press conference on Thursday morning detailing the latest incidents, which prompted the complete closure of Aalborg Airport – which is also used by the Danish armed forces – on the northern tip of Denmark’s Zealand island.

How many countries is this now?

We’re entering a golden era of grand juries not returning true bills of indictment and telling stooge prosecutors to pound sand. Which Supreme Court justice will be the first to say that Trump deserves a court of star chamber because “urban” juries keep denying him his revenge?

  1. Gratuitous ageism: Those people in the NYT cited by Ralph_vonholst are too young hence too stupid to know much. “You know nothing Jon Snow”. The age of people these days makes me suspicious as to whether or not they have ever read an entire book all the way through. Unfair? Maybe? Justified? Propbably.
  2. Of course the media isn’t covering this properly and with the necessary intellectual heft. Thinking is hard work, people are lazy . . . need I say more? For years I had my sister wag her finger at me about lazy minorities, lazy welfare recipients, as she passively consumed Fox News. You want lazy? Look at the intellectually flabby physique of any MAGA supporter.

If lying to Congress is a crime, arrest every president after their state of the union address.

WSJ article the other day contained a suggestion from someone who was interviewed that government attorneys should make sure they have professional malpractice insurance.

Excellent work by DK. Now, if we can round up the Editorial board of the NYT, along with execs from CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS etc., tape their eyelids open, and force them to read and re-read this a few dozen times, we might get somewhere.

In reply to David Kurtz’s statement that old journalism does not meet the moment…journalism is completely sidelined or gone. That used to be the entree to The News but the splintering of a few old trusted networks and their firewalled newsrooms into myriad media channels now has Chump (master of flooding the zone and dictating the media cycles) just rushing to a podium to politicize EVERYTHING and throw the first can of gas on the fire.

Nobody sees the drip drip of real evidence that follows…and nobody cares if the prosecutions stall. Getting their meme out there that the ice shootings targeted the officials and it was a lefty shooter was the FIRST official response to the event. They know the MAGAts will run with that and no amount of factual excavations later will matter.

Trump administration is trying to avert a shutdown by taking government workers hostage. Are they bluffing? RIFs normally take months. Will they follow the rules?

WSJ adds that Pam Bondi has reservations herself.

Trump has pushed Bondi repeatedly in private in recent days to bring charges against Comey, even as she has expressed reservations about the case, people familiar with the discussions said.

As has been noted on The Cyber, if Pam Bondi has reservations about it…

So, a media desperate for clicks is helping to fuel a completely corrupted justice system and further contributes to the rapid downward spiral of our republic? Excuse me for not being the least bit surprised.

They’ll do it. I’m pretty certain that these guys believe that only the military and targeted law enforcement are necessary for governing.

No fan of Reagan’s old Labor secretary, Raymond Donovan, but his quote should be pasted above the monitors of every journalist going for the drip-drip-drip of baseless accusations: “Which office do I go to to get my reputation back?”
