Likely no one will see this now, but lo and behold, the very next day, my blue state sued over this issue – because even in a blue state, the Catholic hospitals still get to f*** you up if they think the lifesaving treatment you need is…icky.

We’ve been in Tucson 27 years. It’s been getting hotter longer and it seems like the increases are ramping up. Combined with my decreased ability to deal with the heat (age? Parkinsons?) I can’t wait to move to Pittsburgh next spring!

mine had high-up tires in it,i took thro marshes,flooded roads and mud,no i did not go into the swmap…the truck was made in JAPAN…mostly metal parts…no plastic…the guys at TOYOTA who worked on it commented…they don’t make them like this anymore… the man at the VETS orgn. told me he had a man who would totally re-build it… clean the motor etc.,
In my lifetime I’ve heard multiple horror stories from women who gave birth in a Catholic hospital or had some sort of o/gyn medical issue. As you say, often, the staff shared these primitive Catholic views toward women, childbirth, contraception, and just marriage in general. Sum it up as women as brood sows.
And what girls were taught by nuns in Catholic schools is another barrel of horrors.
