Trump Wanted To Sic The IRS On Comey And McCabe, Kelly Says

I imagine John Kelly has done well for himself financially. A government pension, investments, savings, physical assets he doesn’t owe money on. He was in his very late 60s when he knew of Trump’s criminality. Why do these people stay mum instead of doing the right thing and exposing dangers to the country? If you have enough of an income stream to live comfortably in your last years what position or opportunities are you protecting that are more important than doing the right thing and going public with shenanigans such as Trump’s IRS/DOJ bullshit? Especially if you’re an ex-military person sworn to protect and serve.

Or they’ll just walk him on a leash. He’s already pre-capitulated to whatever the crazy caucus wants.

Yeah, it’s like something your racist grandpa would cook up and think himself very clever, so you’re going to hear it several times a day. Thus the long conversation about do we have to invite him to thanksgiving dinner.

And McCarthy is Authentic when he is being stupid. That should also endear him to the base.

WTF is it with all these former Trump Admin officials who were absolutely silent about his various crimes while he was committing them, but now seem to want to tell us all about it when they can use it to turn a small profit for themselves? Or when the think they can use it to try to launder the stench of the Mango Mussolini off themselves?

The whole fscking lot should be in prison, ALL of them, from Trump, right on down to the two stoners who ran the White House Personnel office.

Does AZ have the same rule as in other States, that Lake could request a re-count at her own expense?

It won’t help that he’s running a clown car for a caucus.

Like most of you I’m looking forward to missing the “exclusive interview” with Mike disPense. And since we’ll be joining CNN’s vast non-viewer base, here’s a look back at past ads by the exclusive sponsor of the hour of bland dissembling.

If Hunter Biden didn’t do anything illegal with respect to BHR Partners in China or Burisma in Ukraine, then he should appear if subpoenaed to clear his name. And by extension Joe Biden’s name and reputation. Just stonewalling a subpoena would make him look guilty.

The R-controlled House would probably refer him to the DOJ for Contempt of Congress, and there’s a chance that Garland would act on it. I expect Garland will ignore any subpoenas for bogus reasons like AG Holder did during the Obama administration, but not if there are legit questions to be answered.

Fascinating that Wendy is fixed on an outcome and claims that’s her opponent’s fatal flaw.

Most people paying recount costs out of their own pocket will do so in a limited number of precincts they suspect were more prone to errors, or having other reasons they might have been deprived of significant numbers of votes. If that recount successfully demonstrates there are reasonable grounds to conduct a statewide recount they may petition the state to pick up some or all of that wider recount, having proved the limited recount gained them significant votes above the original tally.

Dear Murdochs & various Murdoch Properties,

Between Trump, Smartmatic, & Dominion, you folks are about to “go through some things.” I don’t think you gave proper thought to how outrageously toxic, vengeful, petty, and utterly irrational Trump can be. I think you were counting on him to save you from the consequences of your own malfeasance, and you never bothered to calculate the potential costs of finding yourselves in opposition to him.

For what good it will do you, I will help by pointing and laughing as your businesses and your fortunes get trashed in the next couple of years.

All the best,

Karl

Lake would be arrogant enough to insist the whole State was tainted. Hell, her supporters are already out there, demanding the military get involved.

With the midterms over, Senate control settled, and House control nearly decided, the Justice Department is free once again to take overt investigative steps in its various investigations into Donald Trump.

Hold the ketchup.

Trump is like toxic waste. Cannot be recycled. Needs to be stored underground in thick cement.
