Former President Trump is back to knocking Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R).
In his first TV ad stumping for Georgia GOP gubernatorial candidate David Perdue on Tuesday, Trump paints Kemp as about as weak as they can come, in his book: He caved to Democrats when Trump tried to get him to overturn Georgia’s election results.
This is great. This fool is going to get a bunch of Democrats elected up and down the ballot in GA and Sen. Warnock is gonna keep his seat. The people of GA already voted out both Perdue and Trump. The only people dumb enough to listen to those two clowns are Republicans.
Yup. You Georgians need to send me on uh them voter registration cards right NOW!**
**The fact that I’m a resident of Kansas and a registered voter here should create too much of an impediment if the greater good is a Win at All Costs election. Right?
Is this real? Are we sure this isn’t a great face replacement video? This isn’t a political ad. This has more of a Fox News interview feel where Hannity instructed his man crush to turn to the camera and talk to the white voters of Georgia. This is nothing more than an “old man yells at cloud” moment.
At some point Rs will realize TFG is the kiss of death to any aspiring R pol. Look at the losers who are climbing up his ass right now, Cawford who is circling the bowl and Perdue who has already been flushed once and popped back up.
Minion: “Schism in the Georgia GOP ended up leading to both Senate seats going Democratic. Now, we have the Governorship and one of those seats up for grabs. What do you think we should avoid?”
It occurs to me Trump is very good at bringing down Republicans who oppose him, but really doesn’t have any coattails to bring along Republicans he supports to victory. So, in essence, he’s weakening Kemp while doing nothing for Perdue. Works for me.
Kemp may be the enemy of my enemy but he is not my friend.
The only real difference between Trump and Kemp, which is the origins of their feud, is that Trump was bribed Doug Collins and Kemp was bribed by Jeffery Sprecher (Kelly Loeffler’s husband) for an appointment to the U.S. senate. Sprecher was smarter because it was Kemp who got to make the choice.
Trump = asshole still an asshole. I have very evil thoughts about him that I will keep to myself.
And may Stacey Abrams succeed at whatever she puts her very able efforts toward. I respect her and she is amazing.
