Trump: TX Shooting ‘Hasn’t Really Changed Anything’ On Gun Laws

Since our news media won’t do it, perhaps it’s a job for Beto? His forthrightness on this issue is in marked contrast to Trump’s mealy-mouthed weakness. And usually he tries to be the alpha dog.

“This really hasn’t changed anything. We’re doing a package and we’ll see how it comes about,” he continued. “It’s coming about right now, and a lot of people are talking about it.”

He has no idea what, if anything, anyone in D.C. is doing on the subject of gun control. So he just blathers a bunch of verbiage that’s fuzzy enough you could never establish what if anything he’s talking about. Every bullshitter since the invention of bullshit back in the Pleistocene has done this, but rarely at this level.

Trump is right: TX hasn’t changed anything. The NRA still has influence, McConnell won’t permit any lib-backed bills to be voted on, and right-wing terrorists are still unchecked.

Public sentiment might change, but is irrelevant until 2020 at the very earliest.

Nothing will get better until the GOP is exiled.

That’s just parroting Big Life propaganda!

You think Big Life’s dirty fingerprints aren’t all over those kinds of talking points?

C’mon – Big Life has a vested interest in people continuing to live!

You need to wake up to the hidden motives behind Big Life’s radical agenda!

North Bahama Island sounds like a good place right about now since the hurricane has landed with 185 mph winds. Can you imagine?

Why do law enforcement support these sort of laws when they will be the primary targets?

Interesting but I was just thinking something along those lines when I heard of the latest shooting rampage. I wonder if any Federal gun control gets passed if it will finally come from the LEO’s on the ground who admit that they’re now in a war zone.

The shooting will continue until GOP cares more about children than the NRA

Holy shit. 185 mph. There will be little to nothing left.

That’s because Wayne is hiding in Trump’s crotch because he feels threatened. It’s cozier than the $6 Million dollar bunker he wanted.

Remember when the WH and Pompeo were going to “fully investigate” the Khashoggi murder, after multiple outlets said that MBS ordered it? Trump is 7 months past that deadline.

Washington (CNN, Feb 9, 2019) President Donald Trump refused to meet a 120-day legal mandate Friday to tell Congress whether the White House thinks Saudi Arabia’s crown prince is personally responsible for the murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

The Global Magnitsky Act gives the President 120 days to determine whether a foreign individual is responsible for extrajudicial killings and report the findings to Congress as well as whether the President intends to impose sanctions on that person.

Well, he’s right for once. Before and after yesterday’s outrage he and his Republican cronies had their heads way, way up their butts.

Perhaps Beto could do the country a favor by being the conscience of this country. I cheer him on

Yeah. It’s infuriating. Mitch McConnell owns all these deaths. Won’t bring up legislation the House has passed. I hate that man more than Trump. Trump is a mentally ill narcissist, McConnell is flat out evil.

What is this mysterious package he is talking about? He uses the exact same phrases for everything, gun control, trade negotiations, health care, negotiations with both N. Korea and Iran. His vocabulary is so limited and he speaks as if he is selling something on the shopping network. Ron Popeil had more words and a better schtick than Trump.
