“May” is the key.
but there are loopholes: generic drugs are excluded and there are exemptions for companies building U.S. plants. U.S. pharma stocks rose marginally on the news. Asian drug shares were hit hardest.
Ground has to have been broken prior to 10/1/25.
Pfizer would be ok most likely. They have plants already and just built another. But that’s all branded.

I think I figured it out! Trump is the Anti-Christ. And this is why all those God fearing “Christians” support him.
This really is going to go down as the stupidest timeline in American History. So at least DonOLD has that going for him.

IANAL, so my question is: will there be a moment before a trial even starts where Comey’s lawyers can ask the judge to throw out the charges, either for lack of evidence, or because Trump keeps saying “This is all about how much I personally hate Jim Comey”?

Why would you prosecute the guy who more or less singlehandedly assured your first win? Doesn’t that count for something?
