Frivolous frivolity files frivolous lawsuit.

Nah, FL’s courts are so utterly packed with his and previous KKKultist’s picks that he’s betting on getting a ruling that the choice of venue language is somehow magically void or otherwise inapplicable.

So, once again, Republicans want the Government to force private businesses to accept customers whose opinions they disagree with. LGBTQ couples should start queueing outside of certain bakers immediately…

This is all coordinated, have no doubt. Thomas and Gorsuch just blasted out their desire to be given an excuse to obliterate the Sullivan decision that protects press freedom which is somewhat also related and their attempts to create their own “safe space” for conservative “thought” just keep getting shat on hardcore…

Absolutely. SCOTUS rendered class action lawsuits essentially extinct years ago. This is just a huge grift.

Yeah, he is not really entirely this stupid I think.

Performance art, announcements, soak the rubes for fund raising on this…

So who are the assclown lawyers who actually file this stuff for Trump? The same ones suing Dominion for Mike Lindell? Aren’t the lawyers liable for sanction for filing frivolous lawsuits? This is a publicity stunt, no more no less, and the judge shouldn’t let them get away with it.

Trump’s Twitter lawsuit also is filed in Florida. Twitter’s terms of service - which courts generally enforce - require that “all disputes related to these Terms or the Services will be brought solely in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County.”

A Virginia judge too much in love with the sound of his own voice didn’t give a fuck about the terms of service, and let suits against anonymous twitter users proceed in VA despite the attempts to change venue to CA and the absence of evidence that any of the parties had ever set foot in VA.

Yes they did. Made it all but impossible to certify a class.

It’s all been one extended grift since he came down the escalator. He just technically got a little bit of presidenting there in the middle, entirely accidentally.

Takes too much delta-V. It’s actually way easier to leave the solar system than it is to shoot something into the sun. Instead, lock them into a florida condo and just wait.

And I went down to the demonstration
To get my fair share of abuse
Singing, “We’re gonna vent our frustration
If we don’t we’re gonna blow a fifty-amp fuse”

You can’t always get what you want
You can’t always get what you want
You can’t always get what you want

It’ll end up being a jury trial, if it doesn’t get dismissed out-of-hand, (and, it seems likely that it will be dismissed), so the Judge is not nearly as much of an issue as you might think.

Moreover, Twitter and Facebook hire real, actual lawyers, from expensive, reputable firms. Trump may be using the Crackhead, or Krackel, or whatever it is they call that nut-job, Powell.

Well since this is FB and Twitter I would expect nothing less than live tweeting, and a FB live video feed.

Little known fact, but Trump is a huge supporter of the first amendment.

No, he’s totally wrong.

They’re not snuffing out speech, free speech is freedom from government censorship, it’s not a right to be published. Otherwise one coudl have sued newspapers for not publishing one’s kooky ass letter to the editor.

If anything the internet has enabled too much bizarre weirdo conspiracy publication.

The government isn’t taking away his speech. Private companies are allowed to do this. Let me know if I am incorrect.
