Why does this case still exist? How hard could it be for Trump to moot the issue with a new order re-classifying the FISA documents.

Trump had “directed” the government to declassify the redacted pages of the Page warrants, along with other documents related to the Russia probe, “for reasons of transparency.”

I’m trying to figure this out and at first it is not making any sense, then I realize that this is Trump and logic doesn’t necessarily apply. What could rile him up to do something so stupid?

Well, he was probably watching Fox segment on how the Deep State is out to get him and it is all in the Documents and if he releases the documents then he will be vindicated.

Fox News needs to keep its viewers riled up in order to keep them watching. Unfortunately for us what is good for ratings is not necessarily good for the country.

Now the grownups have to step in and fix the mess he made, that tweet for instance is too well written. You know Trump didn’t write that, But no matter the grownups do, It is only a matter of time before he screws that up too.

Insanity defense will be deployed soon. DOJ will find a way to compartmentalize the stupid for specific purposes then deny that it spills into others. Roberts & his buddies will comply.

okay, here’s a dumb question.

Why would classfied documents be redacted? I mean the whole point of redacting documents would be to hide classified information – so once its done, why classify it? And why would it matter if it was declassified, if it remains redacted.

I think the judge is giving the DoJ a hard time because Trump was using the declassification process for entirely political purposes – and without regard to national security. He wants to make the DoJ acknowledge that Trump declassified materials that, if revealed, pose a national security risk. And he wants them to squirm white doing so.

Woah woah woah. Waaaaaiiiittt a second.

This warrant was made on false Witch Hunt Steele Dossier pretenses by the 567 Angry Dems in the Deep State! And releasing it would prove that God Emperor Trump and all of his supporters in the media and Congress have been telling the truth all along (and over and over again, every day and in every hearing) when they say it was a Deep State Witch Hunt.

So, the only possible conclusion that we can draw here is that the fight against release of this memo is being perpetrated by elements of the Deep State in the DOJ. Luckily, the president’s attorney, Bill Barr, is head of the DOJ and should be able to nip this in the bud. And perhaps Nunes can author a memo about this and then clamor for the memo’s release.

Finally, the Witch Hunt is about to be proven a Witch Hunt - just as soon as this warrant is released to the press! It’s almost… Exoneration Day (again).
