Trump Solicitor General Nom Stays Vague On Key Question Hanging Over Lawless Presidency

Unelected billionaire and ghost Cabinet member Elon Musk has for weeks been advocating for the impeachment of federal judges who defy his government ransacking crusade. Just last night, he posted on X at least six times speculating about ways to retaliate against the federal judiciary. Donald Trump’s Vice President JD Vance also has a history…

RFK, Jr. calling the measles outbreak, “not unusual . . . We have measles outbreaks every year,” is just stupid. Measles was eradicated in the US in 2000. However, due to shitheads like RFK, Jr., here we are. A child dead with parents / guardians who could have prevented this child’s death with a simple innoculation.

The parents should be arrested for manslaughter and RFK, Jr., chased to the hills.

Okay… So this one particular president, the Convict, doesn’t have to pay any attention to laws that the Congress, a co-equal branch of the federal government, makes. When Congress says “spend this much”, the Convict “King” can ignore it, even though he swore to “uphold the Law and Constitution.”

And the federal courts cannot judge Prexy Convict, even though they, too, are a co-equal branch of government.

Seems like there’s only one branch of government now.

“Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power.”

Gee, I wonder who decides which actions of the executive are legitimate.

The Korematsu answer is ridiculous, given that the ruling was administration friendly. Then again, ridiculous is the entire point.

The Executive. Circular Logic is gonna kill us all.

I kind of feel sorry for all these Trump stooges. Historically, participating at any level of a strong man regime has had a significantly higher risk of death than really any other occupation, ever.

During the Stalinist Great Terror of the late 1930s, out of 144,000 Red Army officers about 10 percent were shot or imprisoned by the NKVD. This included 154 of 186 divisional commanders (83 percent), eight of nine admirals (89 percent), thirteen of fifteen full generals (87 percent), and three of five marshals (60 percent). The party leadership fared just as badly. Of the revered Old Bolsheviks, people who joined the party before the 1917 revolution, about a third didn’t survive the Great Terror. Of the thirty-three men who served on the Politburo between 1919 and 1938, fourteen were shot (42 percent). Of the 139 members and candidate members of the party’s Central Committee in 1934, 98 (70 percent) were shot. Only 2 percent of the delegates who took part in the Seventeenth Party Congress in 1934 evaded execution, imprisonment, expulsion, or demotion, and attended the Eighteenth Party Congress in 1939.

Korematsu? Really? Don’t we already have our own modern Manzanar down at Guantanamo?

Demotion is a comparatively mild punishment, though

Again Congress and now the courts are ceding their power to Trump. If there are no checks on what a POTUS can do then why do we need Congress and their staff? As for the courts there will be no Supreme Court, and case that works it way up the hierarchy will then be decided by POTUS.

At first I though, nawh, there are some flecks of gray in there. But then I found some pics online from some time earlier than today. Here’s one:

If you’re going to do this right, you don’t dye brown hair such a dark brown because, even those who gray late (like both my parents, esp. my mother, who had little gray when she died at age 84), the color fades in intensity. Rich, deep dark brown hair also don’t match the changing skin tones that come with aging. (I’m generalizing about people with White skin and hair.)

What’s with people deny aging.

What was I talking about?

Honestly, if and when the Dem.s get back in power, this reckless abandonment of law and order MUST be met with accountability for ALL these stooges but especially these Trump lawyers like Bove, Sauer, Bondi, Miller, Patel, etc. Minimum punishments should be disbarment and a lifetime ban for government service at ANY level, but I would not object to drawing and quartering with four Clydesdale draft horses and BIG SHARP hook placed under the sternum on the East Plaza of the Capital Building - televised on all channels for the public to see and to set an example. The corrupt SCOTUS proclaimed immunity for Trump himself but not ANY of his minions. Someone needs to put the fear of God into these people.

As I understand it , they can’t control his illegal actions either .
