He actually thinks these are war games, and if we “beat” the models, at 100,000 deaths, we have won the game. And the war. He has no concept or understanding–everyone knows it. The question is who is accepting that situation? Who has integrity? None of those standing on this stage, IMO. Fauci, if you care about what you have ever done for humanity (and that WAS a lot), you need to actually do the right thing. The others, you’re parasitic fish, and are worthless to us.

Well, there’s one I called…Trump is trying to take credit for the number of deaths coming under the model projections he presented a couple weeks ago. At the time, I said he’d say doing better than that was his great victory, due to his leadership, and he’s basically doing that now. He’ll be saying this through the campaign, and people will believe him, despite the fact that it’s the states, cities, businesses, all kinds of others who have made the lower numbers possible. If people did what Trump wanted all this time, they would have been mingling and made this far worse…and his supporters are itching to do just that.
That’s where we’re headed, the conservatives will all run out into the street and infect each other, deaths will ramp up again, and we’ll be subjected to a big second wave. I wonder who he is going to blame when that happens, I’m sure there will be someone.

The grievances are real insofar as there are a bunch of idiots who are being paid/riled up/supported by the Tea Party apparatus to try to show that “the people” want to reopen the economy. Trump will get to say, its not his decision, he’s doing it in support of “the people” or however many thousands fit in ~60 cars blocking a state capitol. That way, its also not his fault if there is a second spike and additional outbreaks. PROFIT!
