My first career was teaching in public high schools. I agree with you. It’s cruelty, racism and misogyny, which are learned. I have former classmates from my own growing up years who are Ivy League grads and ardent Trump supporters.

Every time they talk about the issues they sound like idiots…yesterday’s election results give a hint about what people are thinking…and it’s not “these people are doing a swell job”…would love to see a smidgen of courage from some of the HOR reps who know they are on a disasterous path for Americans.

nothing,like nothing, humbles a person like being hungry or telling your kids there is no more peanutbutter o r bread,..i’ve been there, years ago, but i have never ever forgotten what it was like. the kids are grown and doing fine, we all contribute to SECOND HARVEST, . I will say IT bothers me, slightly, to see late model car pull up for groceries at the biulding, then i remind myself,’i am not walking in their shoes…be kind! i do not begrudge anyone gettting the benefits., every pennney they get is spent in the community..unlike the bombs, etc., that are used to blow up fishing boats for fun and games. CADET BONE spurs wants a war that he can watch on TV.
