It was wrong for Barr not to reveal that there was an ongoing investigation of Hunter Biden before the election of 2020 but not wrong for Comey to keep the investigation of trump before the 2016 election secret.

Perhaps Bill Barr should explain what standing means to Trump. If you have it, you can file a complaint, and the court will adjudicate it, so long as you demonstrate the other bases for jurisdiction. If you lack standing, your complaint will be dismissed.
That’s not a technicality. It’s a basis of the court’s jurisdiction over a case or controversy. It’s fundamental. If there were no standing requirement, anyone could sue anyone else over anything, and we don’t want the courts to be adjudicating every generalized grievance. Trump’s had enough experience litigating multitudes of disputes and has spent enough time with lawyers over his career to have at least an inkling of why the Supreme Court tossed this garbage complaint.

And if they had went and investigated and smeared Hunter Biden then that leaves a Dem PAC to go after Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. Oh wait Letitia James already is working on them. So then we go after his business practices, there again Letitia James and various other NY entities are looking into tax evasion and fraud.
