that man just had to do his dissing in public. He could have disinvited the british ambassador and had him frozen out of all the usual diplomatic business quietly and let the punishment leak out, but no, he had to show that the assessment was spot on.
Petulant children need a “time out,” so do petulant Presidents.
Most other ambassadors in DC are now hoping Trump can see his way to “punishing” them as well.
Maybe what they leak will be more informative than calling Trump dysfunctional.
Hmm I wonder if all of sudden there will be a host of other leaked memos from ambassadors voicing their honest opinion on the whiner-in-chief. I mean getting disinvited would be or should be a badge of honor.
I still can’t get my head around how a man so obsessed with image and branding can’t see how stuff like this looks to otherwise well-adjusted adults.
