And if you read the filing… he files the motion as PRESIDENT Donald J Trump… he refuses to recognize the reality that he lost even when begging SCOTUS for help

So basically any congressional hearing that might result in a criminal referral of a republican is impermissible. Got it.

Off topic, but I see on Twitter via Andrew C Laufer, Esq

“I can confirm service of process was perfected personally upon the former attorney general William Barr this morning at his home in McLean, Virginia. At the time of service, Mr. Barr was wearing shorts and did not appear happy.”

It’s too bad the the SCOTUS won’t force him to refile as “Former President Trump” just in order to consider the case. That would be awesome.

It might have been worse if he weren’t wearing shorts and did appear happy when the process server came to his door.

I’m sure the Process Server wasn’t all that thrilled either.

In the Wednesday filing, Trump argued that an interview that panel chair Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MI) gave to the Washington Post constituted “evidence” of the investigation’s true motive: locking Trump up.

Chiselin’ Trump, like so many other chronic projectors, is convinced that, because he is unable to walk and chew gum at the same time, then so is Bennie Thompson and the rest of the Jan. 6 Committee.

Trump should just take all of his crimes, bundle them up, and drop them off at a fire station. SCOTUS will go for that.

Bill Barr in shorts is not something I wanted to think about this morning. And why was he served?

Trump never was a big picture guy, and I think SCOTUS is probably like some Republicans I know, hoping he “leaves” so they can get on with the important business of voter suppression.

I have to admit, I can’t currently fathom what “legislative purpose” Rep. Trey Gowdy and [clown] crew were examining during that investigation. I’m fairly certain I never even heard anyone bandying the term around at the time. That has only come up in the lexicon since Trump desperately hugged it to himself like a life preserver.

Is he sure that it was shorts and not a kilt?

If SCOTUS effs this up Joe’s gonna have to send Kamala to Russia to see if she can find any dirt on tfg to use against him if he runs.

Well, it really truly is a “criminal investigation”. Of the TFG Crime Family.
