In all seriousness, using computers to do judicial tasks in our current world is not instituting impartiality and eliminating bias. Computers are still programmed by humans and the programming can perpetuate the developers’ and designers’ biases.
It was probably a ProPublica article I read here a few years back now that discussed algorithms developed for determining bail options based on risk for recidivism and other factors, intended to remove the “human factor” from the equation. Instead, it would up always rating black and Latino detainees as higher risk, all other factors being equal. When investigated, it turned out to be in part due to the biases that had been hard-wired (possibly unwittingly) into the algorithm by the people who developed the software. It wasn’t necessarily intentional, but the data that was fed to the algorithms to prime it and get it running were biased, so the result was too. It was baked in before it was ever turned over to judges to use.

Trump apparently demands that out of all his lickspittles. He hates being called “former.” Which is probably why the D.C. Circuit’s opinion constantly referred to him as “former President Trump.”

It’s very much still part of the lexicon. One of the biggest obstacles to Skynet or the Matrix is we’re still not any good at generating flawless code that will always work. And the bigger and more complex it is, the more room there is to write in deep-seated errors that you just will never quite be able to completely eliminate.
