Trump Pleads For SCOTUS To Halt The Jan. 6 Committee’s ‘Criminal’ Investigation | Talking Points Memo

I don’t know if every time he panics, an Angel gets it’s wings (I like to think so), but it certainly makes my day.

Marcy Wheeler is not an attorney and yet she runs rings around Harvard guys like Tribe and Dershowitz.

How does Tribe, who taught Garland, not see what’s happening? He should really read emptywheel.

No reason to. No need to.

True story: I once saw Tribe get embarrassed by an appellate court during oral argument because he was obviously there as a celebrity stunt lawyer for the petitioner and he wasn’t familiar with the local civil procedure rules.

Good to keep in mind that the Watergate break-in happened in June, 1972.

Televised hearings didn’t begin until May, 1973.

And Nixon took until August, 1974 to resign.
