As I posted over on BlueSky last night when I read about this, when the premise put forward that Churchill is the “villain” for declaring war on Germany without reason and did it just for for shit and giggles, considering Neville Chamberlin was the PM who declared war on Germany (and the England and France had treaty obligations to defend Poland if attacked) after Germany invaded Poland in late 1939, is enough to show what kind of lying fuck-head we are dealing with.
And to seriously entertain the notion that Churchill is the “villain” for bombing the “black forest” and “carpet bombing German cities” took place after the Battle of Britain and “the Blitz” only underscores what a lying sad-sack this Darryl Cooper fuck-wit is.
She’ll probably be reelected. There’s a lot of MAGA in her rural district (AZ LD 7) including militia men, Christian Nationalists, white supremacists and Neonazis with a lot of overlap among them.

Germany was in a deep crisis that was decades long and more war was looming. Nazis seemed to be extremely efficient and effective. Nazis were able to mobilize all the nation’s resources to completely rebuild their infrastructure and military…putting almost everyone to work. They had goals, were trying to build something, and were well on their way to delivering on all of it. (please, no pushback…I am not an admirer)
Today’s little American Nazis have a diaper-wearing, absolute coward as their hero. They faced no crisis of any kind, really. They are rallying around the stupidest ideology ever. They aren’t trying to build anything and have no skills to do so. Petulant whining and blowing themselves up in order to stop D progress represents their entire toolkit. Pulling down our institutions in an almost bored fashion. The whole movement is centered around excusing their malignant buffoon’s personal wild tangents and outdoing each other in lunacy.
Chump, Carlson, Musk, etc. have a long way to go. I guess the difference is how stupid were German citizens vs. how stupid is today’s avg. American. Apologies if Nazi comparisons offended anyone.
A charitable explanation is that the US Army does not want to be seen as politically interfering and taking sides; putting a thumb on the scale in a presidential election.
