Susan Rice would be a great choice. She knows all the players on the international stage and her selection would frost Putin’s ass. She might not be as well known as some others, but, if God forbid, something happened to Biden she could step in as President day one.
I agree, restoring some smidgen of credibility on the world stage is critical. There are plenty of other high level cabinet level positions available for the others Biden is considering for VP.

The sole real-world reason to pick someone for VP is that they help you get elected. Too much at stake to go for a feel-good choice. Obviously they have to be qualified, but otherwise this is the sole criterium.

I think you and I share the historical perspective on this. And STILL find it hard to put into words how unfathomable it all is. I have compared Chump to other historical monsters by showing, at least for starters, those other Monsters of History had real skills, real goals, and were trying to move their nation towards a better future and away from a real problem.
I know Chump faked like he had some goals for the nation and her people, but anyone who could see past a snake-oil conman and used-up game-show host could see Chump was only in it for himself and wasn’t capable of carrying the dreams or welfare for one single other human.
