The onetime Trump national security adviser told Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Friday he will “respond” to demands made by the House select committee, which this week subpoenaed him for documents and testimony, but he wouldn’t get into the “legalities” of his situation.
“I’m one of these guys, in my case, we’re going to respond to the requests, and, you know, I don’t have anything to hide. There is nothing there,” Flynn said.

2 things: 1. I have posted a similar comment before, but where does Mr. Trump find all of these reasonably intelligent but soulless people to do his bidding? 2. For most of my life the GOP has been dominated by sociopaths. I didn’t mind that too much: just figured it was ‘Republicans being Republicans’. However, over the last 10 years and especially over the last 5 years, the party seems to be moving from sociopathic to psychopathic. Reps. Greene and Gosar appear to be borderline insane. Is this a real shift, or were GOP pols just ‘high-functioning psychopaths’ up till now?

Along with prosecuting these traitors to the fullest extent of the law, we also need to streamline the electoral process from Election Day to Inauguration Day. As Trump has revealed with his failed coup, there are far too many opportunities for an unethical President to steal an election and overthrow democracy.

We’ve known since even before 1/6 that one of the ideas floating around the WH was to screw with the EC certification, then turn it over to the Republican majority of state delegations in Congress to keep Trump in office. We just didn’t have names attached to the planners.

He may be the useful tool of people and systems far more accomplished in deviousness than he could ever hope to be. Looking at you Vlad, Flynn, etc., etc.
