If he were ever to be re-elected, I would most definitely leave the country. As I believe he may well be a) dead, or b) under indictment/on trial, I doubt very much he’ll be returing to stain the White House carpets.

I’m gonna guess Announcing an Exploratory committee to run for president thinking he can raise money, but not be an official candidate so RNC can still pay his bills.
