Trump Is Playing A Losing Hand In Every Legal Case Against Him

For now, it appears the biggest penalty is that a receiver controls the business. That means they are restricted to legal means of raising cash. Any money laundering, tax evasion, refusal to pay legitimate bills, etc. ceases. That should put a serious crimp in TDFG and his family’s ability to prosper.

Pffffffffffffft. The only ones with something to fear are those with something to hide. What could go wrong?

Kind of like people who mortgage themselves to the hilt to avoid income taxes - it’s generally cheaper to take a smaller mortgage and pay whatever income tax you owe as a result.

“I’m a loser just like you.”

Thats what it feels like to normal unassuming Americans who must listen to this fucking gasbag everyday…non stop, morning until night. If only one of these trials was commanding attention it would be an historical event…4 trials and there is little room for anything else…wars…famine… a flaccid MSM…global warming…mass shootings,…dysfunctional government…our lives revolve around the antics of a functional imbecile bent on destroying our way of life.

Trump is like a deer in a lingerie shop

Nothing like Faline in a diaphanous negligé to get Bambi in a rutting mood.

Oddly, if that were the speed it was travelling… it would still take some 2.5 million years to get here, though, it wouldn’t seem that way to anyone who might be travelling with the Andromeda Galaxy.

I got about 1-1/2 sentences into Pelley’s introduction and decided I had heard enough.

“So the president’s son is being prosecuted?” Yes.

“By a prosecutor appointed by Trump?” You got it.

“And the president’s opponents are mad about that?” Oh, yes.

“But didn’t the president’s opponents want his son prosecuted?” Quite so.

“So they’re mad because … ?” Exactly.

But it does give the current Speaker of the House reason to totally defund NASA.

13.2 billion does not match what his answer book says the age of the Earth is. And he says all answers are in that book.

So they’re job creators? And not offshore jobs? And what they produce is not creating more toxic leavings than if they were manufacturing an actual product?

I don’t get it. Schiff provides no argument for a causal link and just cites two coincident phenomena. And it has been also been argued that stagnant wages have resulted in the need for women to work for a couple to maintain just a middle class economic status – a much more likely causal connection. Another factor: the massive increase in the availability of credit for consumer goods. And another: increased population and reduction in space available for new building in many cities. There are probably many more.

Trump can likely file to have that restriction lifted while the appeal of the final settlement is also under appeal. Who would hear the appeal of the restriction? The same court hearing the full appeal? And if Trump lost the appeal of the imposition of a receiver can he appeal that loss to a higher court? Seems Trump is probably able to create a legal quagmire on multiple fronts before Engoron’s final decree is implemented, if it ever gets implemented at all.

Only a few elections but still key to a critical issue, medical access to reproductive healthcare for women and girls.

According to my personal wormhole telescope (patent pending) intelligent civilizations emerged in the galaxy approximately 12 billion years ago. Last week, they finally got together and figured out a way to stop having wars.

I think it depends on many factors. And a certain amount of luck.

Hubby and I both worked (now retired), our house is paid off, we pay cash for our cars, we have zero debt (including credit cards), we have comfortable savings and decent retirements. Other than traveling (abroad) a lot, we don’t have any really expensive hobbies, only one car, and are relatively modest with our everyday expenditures.

To be honest, we wouldn’t have had that on only one salary.

Not sure, but I think the receiver is already in place to make sure the Trumps can’t hide their assets behind new corporate facades or off-shore. I don’t think an appeals court would reverse that.
