Yes, it is also the same case in which the court had an array (35 IIRC) of former federal judges as amici; their recommendations were in accord with the ruling she made.
Again, it’s worth noting that Blanche was once a Democrat, and served as an AUSA in the Southern District of New York, which gets more than its share of capable applicants. It’s amazing what happens to people.

I have avoided getting involved in the VA system even though it would be nice to get financial assistance for my hearing aids. I just can’t stomach the wait times and bureaucracy. I am fortunate to be in fairly good health and really don’t need or want to get into that system.

Nothing will be done here about this or any other certainties regarding the effects of climate change until it’s too late. Imagine if your business model (Fox et al.) was to do nothing in the face of an impending catastrophe all so you can rail about it, generate rage, and blame Democrats. All for profits.
