You want to rename Lake Ontario? Canada should go all Iranian Hormuz on him. Most of the St. Lawrence seaway, gateway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Great Lakes, is entirely in Canada.
I suspect he has no idea what or how much cargo passes through there.
