Trump attack dog Ratcliffe is the quintessential Trump cabinet pick. He’s a cynical partisan Trump lackey, he has hatred for his agency, and seek to completely subvert his agency to advance Trump’s political agenda. At most cabinet offices, such a terrible leader isn’t a massive problem. At DNI, Ratcliffe is a national security threat of the highest magnitude. When combined with the completely dishonest DOJ hatchet man Barr, Ratcliffe will invite Russian meddling and turn our intelligence agencies into attack arms against Democrats.
Ratcliffe is a threat to our freedoms and cannot be confirmed.

Wrong wrong wrong. It hasn’t been years, it’s been 2 or 3, he’s a freaking nobody, he’s got nothing to offer our country and Trump nominating a cretin like this tells the American People exactly how low his opinion of them is, or better yet, how contemptuous he is of our government and our country.
This guy has no experience, no connections, no nothing to be in charge of our NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE SERVICES. It’s like picking that slimy lying prick son in law of his to bring peace to the Middle East. Only worse. At least Kushner knows some of the monsters he’s dealing with, as fellow travelers mind you, but he does know who they are. This guy, he doesn’t know jack.
And that’s the argument the Dems need to make. Trump shows utter contemp for the country, and this guy has no business being offered the job. He’s offering a senior high level critical job to a student worker.
When you have to fire somebody at work, it’s as more of a reflection of the person that hired them then on the worker.
