Right. Not only is Barr’s second sentence immaterial, it also makes use of one of Trump’s favorite catchwords – “fair”. Trump uses this all the time, in regards to how he’s treated: fairly or unfairly.
So the bluster of the first sentence slides right into a thinly disguised appeal to Trump’s twisted sense of fairness. This makes it personal to Donald.

Trump’s mind set and his actions are dictatorial. He tells Barr what to do, hence his tentacles are reaching into the Judicial branch. He refuses to let certain members of Exec. branch testify to congress and has almost totally intimidated all Repubs. in congress, hence his tentacles are reaching into the Legislative branch. He is now effectively immune to being impeached (again).
I would be circumspect about declaring that 'This is just more noise…"

I can assert that I am ten feet tall and bulletproof without making the case. Those are two different things and NBC is being simply cowardly to apologize on this idiotic premise. Shameful. I hate to be madder at them than at this president, but it’s time for journalists to stand up for themselves. It’s heroic when they do, and disastrous when they don’t. If you don’t have the fortitude to back up your on-air staff, don’t do a news show.

That will be a neat trick. Chuckie is working from home just like everyone else; Trump should be happy since I’m not overwhelmed by anyone’s home office décor. (Liz Warren did the best, her home office looks very Cambridge. Rachel Maddow’s home office, on the other hand, looks worse than mine. And these are the best of the bunch. This is the MSM tries to figure out color balance.)
