Article 2, it’s that thing up on the top shelf in the Oval Office. Somebody should ask him where one could find Article 2 so we can all read those words of wisdom. Chances are good he doesn’t know it’s part of the Constitution.

Edit: I think he finally got around to reading part of the Constitution but only read Article 2. He skipped Article 1, which by the way is Article 1 because the founders actually thought Congress - as the representative legislative body - was actually more important than the Article 2 executive branch and they also knew that we had just fought a war with an absolute executive power in order to assert the pre-eminence of the legislative branch.
But anyway, don’t expect Barr or any other of his sycophants to insist that he pay attention to anything but Article 2. Trump’s “power” gives them the feeling of power too.
