Security footage, though somewhat grainy, shows a pasty faced white male, approximately 6 foot, thin, wearing a dark suit, tie, and accompanied by what investigators characterize as a “somewhat flashy blonde”, with dyed hair, high heels, expensive dress, and, as one Baltimore investigator stated, “snooty look on her face”, were seen attempting to pick a lock with a crow bar, and when that failed, smashing a window and climbed into the Congressman’s home.
Investigators say witnesses have said they may recognize the male as a local “slum lord.” The investigation continues.
