He actually said “They use the internet better than almost anyone in the world perhaps, other than Donald Trump.”
He also said that Baghdadi “died like a dog, he died like a coward, he was whimpering, screaming, and crying.” Like that is something he’s proud of.
And he’s happy to have terrorists let loose to be unleashed on our European allies, and doesn’t seem to understand that people can travel across the “whole lot of water” between us and them.
