That’s it? No emergency money for struggling hospitals? No announcements about new resources for test kits? Just more of Stephen Miller’s Nazi ravings?

Empty desk, empty mind, empty measures.

And what is the exposure/infection growth rate curve over the next three days? And I want more details on whatever this fiscal stimulus is - this administration has not earned anyone’s trust.

Fortunately for subjects of the United Kingdom, they got themselves disassociated from the Continent of Europe in time to head off the Plague’s course through Europe.

This makes no sense.
Maybe because the UK is an island with “big water” around it

Sooooo…what is to stop anyone in Europe from flying to the US from Asia or the Middle East?

What a fucking dumbshit. Exactly the wrong response. All rhetoric, all bigotry (foreigners are dirty you all know, build a wall), will not help fight the virus nor help the economy.

We can watch in real time as South Korea shows the way, but everything that Trump is doing is the opposite of it, learning nothing.

When history is written, Trump’s response is going to be viewed as Chernobyl level of stupidity and ideological insanity.

But in only good news, the market will tank further…driving more nails in Trump’s coffin. Unfortunately lots of Americans will precede him there…

P.s. Futures markets were up 1% on the dead cat bounce before Trump opened his pie hole, immediately down by 2% on his speech, now 30 minutes later are down 3%. Given the bloodbath today, and that the markets were up before Trump read Steven Miller’s racist speech, not exactly acceptance by the one thing Trump cares about, and fears above all…

P.s.s. CNBC headline " Dow futures drop 900 points as Trump speech disappoints investors"

P.s.s. FOX news headline " Trump offering coronavirus relief for small businesses through $50B aid package"

P.s.s.s. NASDAQ now down 4%, S&P and Dow down 3.75% watch them fall…

P.s.s.s.s. Now an hour and 15 minutes out, and the DOW and NASDQ down 4.50-4.75%, S&P down 4.25%. Seems to have stabilized. But the WH is already walking back trump’s text. Either Miller and Trump had no idea what the hell Trump was saying, or Trump fucked it up in the delivery. Just like any other oval office speech in every other administration, change it after the fact.

For someone who has spent much of his adult life before TV cameras, you would think the dumb p.o.s. could read from a TelePrompter without sounding like a terrified moron.

WTF indeed. Funny story – the group of hospitals I work in in Southern Ontario have now seen several covid-19 cases (none requiring extended hospitalisation, thankfully). The first two were repatriated passengers from one of those cruise ships. The rest, and the most recent? Their travel history was to the United States. I’m not a stable genius like you know who, but it’s almost as if community transmission in the US is already happening, and banning flights from Europe is a tad late

Donnie, your impotence is showing again!! And, he tried to breeze through a mispronunciation again, i.e. “we are counting and continuing…”

THIS is the buffoon’s great plan? This is like trying to stop a tsunami by erecting a 3-foot long break-wall,

Hmmm . . . an infective barrier to incoming persons, now where have we heard that before . . .

The stupid, it burn us, My Precious!
