Welker is controlling things well so far, with good follow ups. Biden is being patient and not interrupting, like a normal debater…I think he’s waiting for Trump to start interrupting and let him go off the rails. Trump is going off the rails with his answer, bringing in the Swine flu and whatever else he can…Biden is answering with facts, and Trump looks really pissed.

Someone got through to Trump that he needs to avoid interrupting Biden. He obviously wants to pop off and rant at Biden, but he’s holding back until Biden finishes talking. More discipline is better for Trump’s appearance, but it means Biden gets to speak and get the facts across…we’ll see if this continues. Trump’s starting to rant, he’s obviously angry at the facts being thrown in his face.
