Every day seems like a slow steady march to a theocratic right wing dictatorship. It’s insane how quickly the fascist Trump regime is moving to end freedom and impose a “soft” authoritarian dictatorship. How do we stop them even polluting voting?

Europe is increasingly irrelevant to America’s security, economic, and other national interests. They are toothless and are mooching off the American taxpayer and access to the American market. Europe should grow a spine, and focus on its own backyard by taking on Russia with economic boycotts, travel bans, ground troops, air attacks, and naval blockade. Let Israel take care of its own business.
I wish I knew. With the federal judiciary at least half compromised, the SCOTUS completely compromised, and the Republican party in abject fear of MAGATS, I have a hard time imagining any reversal. They are undermining fair and accurate voting in multiple areas across the country right now as we ponder this.
Unlimited dark money is an insane superpower in American society. All of our principles seem to have melted away in a few short years. I keep wondering if they were ever there.

I believe that DonOLD Drumpf believes the axiom, “There is no such thing as bad publicity.” While that principle is at least questionable, if not risible, the axiom suggests that no coverage at all would hurt his widdle fee-fees more than coverage he didn’t like.

Been to SD once - in December - great town!
Was on the beach, about 55F so I was fully lightly clothed and there were people in thongs, people swimming, and people in down winter coats, zipped up. And everything in-between. Great experience.
Not a big fan of boats, but this captain seems like a real moron. You must be really hammered to crash into a ship that big.
