The National Guard and Reserves includes a number of field hospitals that could be deployed - including generators and water treatment, if needed. They also have access to trucks, planes, etc, that could be useful moving essential equipment around.
Sadly, in Italy the military is also helping with mortuary duties in hard-hit areas.
[normally, the Governors command the Guard units in their states. I’m not certain if trump’s action just lets the Governors use these units to the full extent possible - or if trump means he’s going to be deploying Guard units to different states]

I know but it’s famously lacking in flavor and smell and you might upset yourself unnecessarily. I’d try Chartreuse, or Strega. If you can’t taste those you know you have a problem.
