TOKYO (AP) — IOC President Thomas Bach has agreed “100%” to a proposal of postponing the Tokyo Olympics for about one year until 2021 because of the coronavirus outbreak, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Tuesday.

The IOC can be counted on to do the right thing, after having exhausted all other options and having their funding threatened.

The only real surprise is that it took them this long.

Yeah, I called that back in January.

Its going to be a very depressing Olympics, too.

At least its not the real one - the winter Olympics…

Which one has a higher proportion of judged sports? (to be fair, I’ll credit fencing as a judged sport since the contestants spend more time dancing than a tackled football (soccer) player)
